To Catch a Killer

ActionAdventureCrimeDramaMysteryThriller119 min

After a New Year’s Eve massacre in Baltimore, a young police officer is recruited to help the FBI identify a mass killer no one can predict. Shailene Woodley is Eleanor, a sharp investigator carrying the strain of her own past, while Ben Mendelsohn’s chief investigator pulls her into a case that keeps slipping past standard profiles. As police and federal agents widen the search, the film stays close to Eleanor’s uneasy place inside the investigation and her growing sense that she may understand the murderer in a way others can’t.
