Stuber

ActionAdventureComedyCrimeThriller93 min

When Kumail Nanjiani’s Stu picks up a fare, he finds himself driving a detective (Dave Bautista) who’s recovering from eye surgery and chasing a heroin dealer. After crashing his own car, the cop drafts his reluctant driver into stakeouts, shootouts, and a long day through the city’s seedy corners. Stu is mild-mannered and fixated on keeping his five-star rating intact, which makes every detour worse as the case escalates. Natalie Morales and Iko Uwais round out the supporting cast.
