Father-to-be Glenn is pulled into an impulsive drive from Los Angeles to Sacramento when his former best friend Rickey suddenly reappears. Michael Cera’s Glenn has settled into an anxious adult routine, while Michael Angarano is Rickey, still restless and grieving his father’s death. With Glenn’s pregnant wife Rosie, played by Kristen Stewart, nudging him out the door, the two men head off in an old college convertible and spend the trip circling old grievances, stalled adulthood, and the friendship they never quite left behind.
