The Numbers Station

ActionAdventureThriller90 min

A burned-out CIA black ops agent is sent to the British countryside to guard a code operator at a secret American numbers station, a bunker where messages to field operatives are broadcast in strings of numbers. The post is meant to be quiet, a place to disappear after a disastrous mission. Instead, the station comes under attack, cutting the two officers off underground with no clear idea who has breached the facility or which transmission the attackers are trying to stop. As the lockdown tightens, the agent and the operator, played by John Cusack and Malin Åkerman, have to decide which protocols still matter and which voices on the line can be trusted.
