Kassie, a New Yorker determined to have a baby on her own, chooses a polished sperm donor despite the objections of her closest friend. Jennifer Aniston’s Kassie sees Jason Bateman’s Wally as a loyal, neurotic constant in her life — until a drunken night leads to an unnoticed switch. Seven years later, Wally reconnects with Kassie and meets her young son, a slightly neurotic kid who seems to mirror him in ways he can’t ignore. Patrick Wilson appears as Kassie’s chosen donor, with Jeff Goldblum and Juliette Lewis in supporting roles.
