Straight from the Heart
ComedyDramaMusicalRomance188 min
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is Nandini, a young woman caught between Sameer, the singer who first taught her about love, and Vanraj, the husband she marries. When Vanraj (Ajay Devgn) discovers that Nandini's heart still belongs to someone else, he takes her to Italy to find the man she left behind, despite the shame and gossip that could follow. Salman Khan's Sameer hangs over the search in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's lavish 1999 musical romance, where songs, dance, family tradition, and the weight of promises keep pushing private feelings into public view.
