Battlefield Earth

ActionAdventureSci-Fi118 min

In the year 3000, Earth has spent a thousand years under the rule of the Psychlos, an alien race stripping the planet for profit while the surviving humans live in near-primitive conditions and slavery. Barry Pepper is Tyler, one of those survivors, whose capture puts him at the center of a rebellion against the occupiers. John Travolta's Terl leads the Psychlos on Earth, enforcing their control over a planet being mined and emptied. The conflict turns on whether a broken human population can organize against an enemy that has treated Earth as a resource operation.
