The Resident

CrimeDramaHorrorMysteryThriller91 min

After separating from her husband, Hilary Swank is Juliet, a doctor who rents a roomy New York apartment in hopes of starting over. The place seems ideal at first, with a striking view and an attentive landlord, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, but small disturbances begin to unsettle her. As Juliet settles into the building, the walls start to feel less like shelter than surveillance, and her suspicion that someone is entering her home turns into a fear that she is being watched. Christopher Lee appears as another presence in the building, adding to the apartment’s uneasy, closed-in atmosphere.
