In 1999, a goofy cluster of neighborhood misfits accidentally gains superpowers just as doomsday panic starts spreading and villains begin targeting more than their town. Park Eun-bin joins Cha Eun-Woo at the center of the ensemble, with Kim Hae-sook and Choi Dae-Hoon among the locals suddenly pulled into a fight that keeps getting bigger.
