The Devil's Candy
DramaHorrorThriller79 min
Struggling painter Jesse moves his wife and young daughter into a bargain home in rural Texas, hoping for space, quiet, and a fresh start. Ethan Embry is Jesse, a metalhead dad whose work takes a violent turn as something satanic in the house begins pressing in on him. Shiri Appleby’s Astrid tries to keep the family steady while their daughter Zooey (Kiara Glasco) is pulled into the threat around them. Pruitt Taylor Vince hangs over the story as the home’s disturbed former occupant, linking the house’s brutal history to the visions, violence, and dread building inside it.
