A middle-class family keeps chasing a home of its own as money troubles and personal setbacks turn every step of city life into another negotiation. Siddharth and R. Sarathkumar are among the faces at the center of a household pulled between rising costs, crowded living, and the pressure to keep moving forward. Devayani and Meetha Raghunath round out a family dynamic shaped by small compromises, bruised expectations, and the housing market’s constant squeeze. As the search stretches on, the story stays close to the strain of shared space, shifting relationships, and what owning a place would mean for all of them.
