A Mumbai hospital becomes a hostage scene when dangerous hoodlums seize the building with Vivaan Ahuja and his wife trapped inside. Vidyut Jammwal is Vivaan, scrambling to reach Anshika (Rukmini Maitra) while the siege closes off wards, hallways and exits around them. With other patients and staff caught in the standoff, the film keeps its focus on one man trying to protect the woman he loves and get hostages out alive. Neha Dhupia and Chandan Roy Sanyal are part of the ensemble surrounding the crisis.
