Ace Ventura: Pet Detective
AdventureComedyCrime86 min
Jim Carrey is Ace Ventura, a private investigator who specializes in missing animals and gets pulled into a very public case when the Miami Dolphins’ dolphin mascot disappears. The search soon expands to include quarterback Dan Marino, sending Ace through stakeouts, disguises, underwater scrapes, and one increasingly strange lead after another. Courteney Cox and Sean Young are part of the chaos around the case, while Ace barrels through 1990s Miami with his own brand of swagger, animal obsession, and rubber-limbed slapstick.
