Piranha 3D

ComedyHorror88 min

Spring break turns Lake Victoria into a packed party zone just as an underwater tremor cracks open the lake bed and unleashes a swarm of prehistoric piranhas. With swimmers, boaters, and tourists flooding the water, local sheriff Julie Forester races to understand what has surfaced before the feeding frenzy reaches the shoreline. As the fish tear through the crowds, she has to pull together whoever can help, from specialists to stranded civilians, while her own family is caught in the chaos. Elisabeth Shue leads the scramble to contain the outbreak, and the lake’s party atmosphere quickly gives way to panic, gore, and a desperate fight to keep the resort from turning into a mass kill site.
