Terminator 2: Judgment Day
ActionAdventureSci-FiThriller137 min
Ten years after the first attack, a reprogrammed Terminator is sent back to protect John Connor, the boy destined to lead humanity’s resistance, from a newer machine that can imitate almost anyone. Arnold Schwarzenegger returns as the T-800, now forced into the role of guardian, while Linda Hamilton’s Sarah Connor has become a hardened survivalist preparing for the war she knows is coming. With young John (Edward Furlong) caught between them, the pursuit runs through freeways, steel mills, and a near-future vision of nuclear disaster. James Cameron expands the original’s chase premise into a larger battle over Skynet and whether Judgment Day can be stopped.
