Serendipity

ComedyRomance90 min

After a chance meeting during Christmas in New York, Jonathan and Sara feel an immediate connection, even though both are already in relationships. Instead of trading numbers, they leave their future to chance and go their separate ways. Years later, with marriages looming, John Cusack is Jonathan, still hung up on the woman he met for one night, while Kate Beckinsale’s Sara starts following the same trail of small signs and half-remembered clues. Jeremy Piven and Bridget Moynahan round out the people waiting at home as the story keeps circling missed connections, coincidence, and the idea that one encounter can linger for years.
