Spithood
HorrorThriller58 min
When a dangerous patient escapes confinement inside a mental asylum, the overnight staff are trapped in a building no longer able to contain the violence. Thibul Nettle and Claudia Bonifazio are among the workers caught in the lockdown, trying to stay alive as the patient tears through wards and corridors. Over the course of a single shift, the institution becomes a sealed maze of panic, with every room, hallway, and security barrier turning into part of the chase. As the body count rises, the people left on duty are forced into desperate choices inside a place built to keep danger contained.
