Brady Jandreau is the young South Dakota cowboy, trying to imagine a life beyond rodeos and horse training while still pulled toward both. In the Badlands of South Dakota, the film follows him through recovery, family life, and the everyday rituals of working with horses. With Lilly Jandreau and Tim Jandreau in Brady’s world, it stays close to home as he searches for a new identity after the injury that changed his future.
