A reclusive novelist finds her quiet life upended when the spy story she is writing starts matching real covert operations. As the line between fiction and reality collapses, she is pulled out of her routine and into a chase involving agents, hidden agendas, and people who want her pages before she can finish them. Bryce Dallas Howard is at the center as a writer forced to navigate a world that looks disturbingly like the one in her manuscript, while Sam Rockwell appears as a spy who thrusts her deeper into the danger. What begins as an unsettling coincidence turns into a globe-spanning scramble to figure out why her imagination keeps predicting the next move.
