On her wedding day, Susan Murphy is clobbered by a meteor and suddenly grows to nearly 50 feet tall. Reese Witherspoon is Susan, quickly renamed Ginormica by the military and hidden inside a covert government compound with a ragtag group of imprisoned monsters. When an alien invader attacks Earth and conventional defenses fail, the government sends Susan and the rest of the team into the fight, with Seth Rogen and Hugh Laurie among the voices in the monster lineup.
