A mutated, three-headed shark turns a cruise ship into a floating disaster when it starts tearing through passengers from one end of the vessel to the other. Danny Trejo and Karrueche Tran are among the people forced into survival mode as panic spreads across decks, cabins, and open water. With escape routes collapsing and the predator circling back again and again, the ship’s passengers fight with whatever they can grab, trying to outlast an attack that can strike from three directions at once.
