The Amazing Spider-Man 2

ActionAdventureSci-Fi142 min

Peter Parker is trying to hold together two lives at once: protecting New York as Spider-Man and staying close to Gwen Stacy, despite a promise that he should keep his distance. Andrew Garfield is a busier, more conflicted Peter here, with Emma Stone’s Gwen still at the center of his life as graduation approaches. That balance starts to collapse when a new threat emerges in Electro, Harry Osborn returns with his own agenda, and Peter begins uncovering fresh clues about his parents. The story keeps one eye on superhero spectacle and the other on Peter’s ties to Gwen, Harry, and Oscorp.
