Once Upon a Time in Hollywood

ComedyDramaThriller162 min

In 1969 Los Angeles, fading TV western star Rick Dalton is trying to keep his footing as Hollywood changes around him, with longtime stunt double Cliff Booth at his side. Leonardo DiCaprio is Rick, all frayed confidence and career anxiety, while Brad Pitt’s Cliff moves through studio lots, backlots, and the city’s fringes with a looser swagger. Next door to Rick lives Sharon Tate, with Margot Robbie bringing the actress’s bright public presence into a story that drifts between old-Hollywood glamour, western sets, and the shadow of the Manson murders. Quentin Tarantino threads those lives into a revisionist portrait of an industry at the end of an era.
