Bank robber Jack Foley breaks out of prison with one last score in mind, only to cross paths with Karen Sisco, a federal marshal who should be taking him down instead of getting drawn into his orbit. George Clooney is Foley, a seasoned criminal who keeps slipping the law, while Jennifer Lopez’s Karen matches him beat for beat as the chase tightens. Directed by Steven Soderbergh, the film moves through prison breaks, heist planning, and close-quarters encounters where flirtation and pursuit keep colliding.
