Mad Dog and Glory

ComedyCrimeDramaRomance97 min

Robert De Niro is Wayne Dobie, a shy cop whose low-key manner has earned him the nickname Mad Dog. After Wayne saves the life of Frank Milo (Bill Murray), a crime boss with stand-up ambitions, Milo offers an unnerving reward: a week in the company of a waitress named Glory. What starts as an awkward arrangement shifts once Wayne and Glory (Uma Thurman) begin to connect on their own terms. That leaves Wayne caught between his own reserve and Milo’s possessive streak when the gangster decides he wants Glory back.
