Dark Winds

CrimeDramaMysteryThriller45 min per episode

After a grisly double murder rattles the Navajo Nation in 1971, Tribal Police lieutenant Joe Leaphorn starts pulling at clues that connect to older wounds as much as the case in front of him. Zahn McClarnon is Leaphorn, a seasoned investigator working a remote corner of the Southwest, joined by Kiowa Gordon’s Jim Chee, a new deputy with his own past on the reservation. As seemingly separate crimes begin to overlap, the investigation runs through family history, spiritual belief, and the pressure of outside forces moving through Navajo land.
