Strangers in the House

CrimeDramaMystery95 min

Loursat, a once-brilliant lawyer, drifts through drink and isolation in the sprawling house he shares with his daughter Nicole, nearly twenty years after his wife left him. When a stranger’s corpse is found under their roof, suspicion quickly turns to Nicole and the circle of restless young thieves she runs with. With Raimu and Juliette Faber at the center of the household, the film follows a murder case that exposes a father and daughter who have become almost strangers to each other, inside a home marked by neglect, gossip, and buried resentment.
