Lee Cronin's The Mummy

Horror133 min

A journalist’s young daughter disappears into the desert without a trace, leaving her family shattered. Eight years later, she is suddenly returned to them, and what should be a reunion turns into a nightmare with roots in the desert and ancient Egypt. Jack Reynor and Laia Costa are at the center of the fractured household, with May Calamawy and Verónica Falcón among the ensemble around them. Lee Cronin’s take on The Mummy begins with a missing child and a broken family, then follows the fallout when something lost comes back changed.
