The Trial of the Chicago 7
DramaThriller130 min
After a protest at the 1968 Democratic National Convention in Chicago turns into a violent clash with police, seven anti-war activists are put on trial for conspiracy and incitement. Eddie Redmayne and Sacha Baron Cohen are among the defendants at the center of the case. Aaron Sorkin follows the fight from the streets into the courtroom, where testimony, strategy, and public spectacle turn a criminal case into a flashpoint over protest, power, and the Vietnam era.
