To Rome with Love

ComedyDramaRomance112 min

Rome is the backdrop for four intertwined stories involving tourists, newlyweds, an aging architect and a man who becomes famous for no clear reason. Alec Baldwin's John, an American revisiting the city, gets pulled into a young student's romantic trouble, while retired opera director Jerry (Woody Allen) spots unlikely talent in a mortician and tries to stage a comeback through him. Elsewhere, a young couple spend a day apart and wander into separate entanglements, and an ordinary office worker finds himself under constant public attention as the city turns him into a celebrity overnight.
