Akira Kobayashi is Daisuke Honda, a war photographer returning from Vietnam who shares a drink in Tokyo with stewardess Yuriko Sawanouchi (Chieko Matsubara) and is suddenly pulled into her troubles. Yuriko is being targeted by black-clad female assassins, and Daisuke’s attempt to get her clear turns into a chase through kidnappings, ambushes, and a hunt for treasure hidden since World War II on an island tied to her father. The setup mixes jet-age Tokyo style with pulp-crime chaos, as Daisuke scrambles to stay ahead of the attackers and the foreign group chasing the same secret.
