Donnie Brasco

CrimeDramaThriller127 min

Under the name Donnie Brasco, FBI agent Joseph Pistone infiltrates a New York mafia crew in the 1970s, and the longer he stays inside, the harder it is to keep his work and home life separate. Johnny Depp is Pistone, working his way into the trust of aging mob soldier Lefty Ruggiero (Al Pacino), whose mix of authority, need, and loyalty makes the assignment increasingly personal. As surveillance, drug deals, and petty scores give way to deeper ties, the case starts pressing on Pistone’s marriage and his sense of where he belongs.
