Assault on Precinct 13

ActionAdventureCrimeThriller91 min

A highway patrol officer, two criminals, and a station secretary are stranded inside a defunct Los Angeles precinct when a street gang surrounds the building and cuts them off from the city. Austin Stoker is the officer forced into command, while Darwin Joston’s death row-bound convict becomes an uneasy ally as the siege turns into a night of gunfire and shrinking options. Written and directed by John Carpenter, the film keeps its focus on the defenders inside the station, where every hallway, window, and locked door becomes part of the fight to hold out.
