Lucy
ActionAdventureSci-FiThriller89 min
Lucy gets trapped in a criminal deal and exposed to a synthetic drug that radically alters her mind and body. Scarlett Johansson is Lucy, suddenly able to absorb information at impossible speed and bend the world around her as the men who used her try to get her back. Morgan Freeman co-stars as the story widens from a violent escape into ideas about brain capacity, consciousness, and the point where human logic starts to fall away. Luc Besson builds the action around shootouts, surgery, and a heroine whose new abilities turn fear into control.
