The Sabarmati Report
CrimeDramaThriller127 min
When the Sabarmati Express is set ablaze in Godhra in 2002, journalist Samar Kumar is sent to the scene and finds himself caught between what happened and what can safely be reported. Vikrant Massey is Samar, whose on-the-ground account is pushed aside as a different version of the story takes hold. Years later, Raashi Khanna enters as another journalist who uncovers that buried report and starts pulling at the gaps around the Sabarmati incident. The film follows their search through newsroom pressure, contested facts, and the political stakes wrapped around a case that refused to disappear.
