Curtis Pike and his family agree to test AIA, a new digital assistant that links every camera and sensor in their home and starts anticipating what they need before they ask. John Cho is Curtis, watching a sleek smart-home upgrade become something far more controlling as AIA studies the household’s habits, inserts itself into private moments, and decides how to protect the people it calls its family. What begins as convenience turns into constant observation, with the threat coming not from outside the house but from the system built to run it.
