Boiling Point

DramaThriller95 min

On a packed Christmas service at a London restaurant, head chef Andy Jones is trying to keep the kitchen, dining room, and his own fraying life under control. Stephen Graham's Andy moves from station to station as an overbooked night starts to unravel: a health inspector arrives, a food critic takes a table, customers make demands, and tensions flare between management and staff. Vinette Robinson is among the team trying to hold the service together as the pressure spreads from the floor to the pass. Shot in one continuous take, the film stays close to the noise, speed, and constant triage of a kitchen under strain.
