After her fiancé dies, Gray Wheeler is left to sort through grief and a tangle of unanswered questions while living with his three best friends. Jennifer Garner is Gray, trying to find her footing in a house shared with Sam (Kevin Smith), Dennis (Sam Jaeger), and the prickly, hard-to-read Fritz. Timothy Olyphant’s Fritz keeps his distance at first, but Gray’s growing closeness to the men her fiancé trusted most starts to complicate the lines between mourning, friendship, and romance. Juliette Lewis enters the picture as the group’s already messy dynamic begins to shift.
