In a far-future world sealed off from sea and sky, Ura works for the Bureau of Record Excavation, restoring fragments of lost history from buried media. He is fixated on images of a vanished natural world, while Riko keeps her distance, wary of what those records reveal about the broken present everyone lives in. When Ura uncovers an unusual video, his routine work begins to crack open larger questions about what has been forgotten and what people choose not to face. Minako Kawashima and Nakao Michiosu are among the voice cast in this spare, enclosed sci-fi drama of archives, decay, and missing history.
