Bring Me the Head of Alfredo Garcia

ActionAdventureCrimeDramaThrillerWestern113 min

Warren Oates is Bennie, a down-on-his-luck American bartender in Mexico who sees one chance at a fortune: collect the $1 million bounty on the head of Alfredo Garcia, a dead gigolo wanted by a powerful land baron. He hits the road with his girlfriend Elita, and Isela Vega gives the character a tough, watchful presence as the search pulls them through bars, back roads, and the Mexican underworld. Sam Peckinpah frames the chase as a hard, dusty march where every stop brings another bargain, another gun, and another body.
