Stir of Echoes

HorrorMysteryThriller99 min

In a working-class Chicago neighborhood, an ordinary father submits to a casual hypnosis session with his sister-in-law and wakes up changed. Soon he starts seeing flashes no one else can see: strange images, whispered messages, and a girl who seems to be trying to reach him from somewhere beyond the living. As the visions grow sharper and more disruptive, they begin to point toward the disappearance of a local teenage girl. Tom tries to hold together his job, his marriage, and his grip on reality while following clues that make his home and block feel newly threatening. Kevin Bacon and Kathryn Erbe anchor a ghost story tied to a neighborhood secret that refuses to stay buried.
