The Occupant
DramaThriller103 min
After losing his job and the apartment that defined his status, a former advertising executive begins watching the family who moved into his old home. Javier Gutiérrez is the man circling that vanished life, holding onto the keys he never returned and using them to get back inside spaces that no longer belong to him. Mario Casas and Bruna Cusí are part of the household that becomes the target of his fixation as curiosity turns into intrusion. In Spanish and set in present-day Spain, the story turns a domestic space into a battleground over status, humiliation, and control.
