Tightrope
CrimeHorrorMysteryThriller115 min
Homicide detective Wes Block is hunting a serial killer in New Orleans when the victims start turning out to be women from his own orbit. Clint Eastwood is Block, a cop moving through the French Quarter’s bars and crime scenes while trying to keep the investigation from closing in on his private life. As the murders edge closer to home, the danger spreads to the woman he’s begun seeing, with Genevieve Bujold opposite Eastwood, and to Block’s daughters. The case pushes police work, sex, and suspicion into the same uneasy space.
