Thar
ActionAdventureCrimeDramaThrillerWestern108 min
In 1980s India, a quiet village in the Thar desert is shaken by brutal killings just as a mysterious newcomer arrives from the city. Anil Kapoor is a veteran cop who sees the case as a chance to prove himself, while Harshvardhan Kapoor's stranger keeps his purpose hidden behind claims of exploration work. As suspicion spreads through the town, the investigation draws a line between the murders and the man no one quite understands. Dusty roads, isolated homes and the desert landscape give the story a western frame around its crime plot.
