After Alex is assaulted during a night out in Paris, her boyfriend Marcus and her former lover Pierre set out to find the man responsible. Monica Bellucci is Alex, at the center of a story that opens in the aftermath and then moves backward through the night, tracing the path to the attack. Vincent Cassel’s Marcus barrels through sex clubs, underpasses, and police chaos as vengeance takes hold, while the reverse chronology turns each earlier scene into another piece of what happened.
