Centuries after a virus leaves what’s left of humanity blind, Jason Momoa is a tribal father forced to protect his family when his newborn twins possess a near-mythic ability: sight. Their birth makes them a target, pulling his mountain community into conflict with a queen who sees the children as a threat to the order of this post-apocalyptic world. Alfre Woodard and Sylvia Hoeks are among the figures drawn into that struggle, as the story imagines a future shaped by oral tradition, close-quarters combat, and deep suspicion of anything that echoes the old world.
