Natsuki Subaru is an ordinary high school student who leaves a convenience store and suddenly finds himself in a world of magic he can’t read, map, or survive on instinct alone. Yûsuke Kobayashi voices Subaru as his panic gives way to determination after a silver-haired girl, heard in Japanese from Rie Takahashi, helps him when no one else will. He agrees to help her recover something she has lost, but the situation turns stranger when Subaru discovers he has an ability tied to death itself, sending him back to an earlier moment and forcing him to face the same dangers again and again.
