Jason Segel is Jimmy, a therapist trying to manage grief, fatherhood, and friendship after the death of his wife. Fed up with careful, professional restraint, he starts telling his patients exactly what he thinks and pushing himself into their lives, even when it means crossing every boundary he’s supposed to keep. Harrison Ford and Jessica Williams are part of the orbit that has to absorb the consequences as Jimmy’s new approach spills from the office into his home and back again. What starts as honesty quickly turns into a chain reaction for the people closest to him.
