Piyush arrives at an IT company expecting a solid first job and finds himself learning the office as much as the work. Deadlines, team politics, awkward meetings, and the small rituals of corporate life turn each day into a test of how quickly he can adapt. As he settles in, friendships with coworkers make the grind easier, but they also pull him into rivalries, office gossip, and the pressure to keep up. Outside work, relationships and family expectations complicate the balance he is trying to build. With promotions, performance, and reputation always in play, Piyush has to figure out how to move ahead without losing himself in the system.
