Day of the Dead

DramaHorrorMysterySci-FiThriller101 min

As the world above is overrun by zombies, scientists and military personnel retreat to an underground Florida bunker, where the fight over how to handle the undead becomes as dangerous as the creatures outside. George A. Romero centers the standoff on a splintering group that includes Lori Cardille and Joseph Pilato, with fear, authority, and desperation colliding in close quarters. The bunker setting keeps the movie locked between lab experiments, armed patrols, and the constant threat of the flesh-eating dead pressing in from beyond the walls.
